  1. Be as specific as possible in your request. List the page(s) to be worked on and detail the updates per page. Include the individual Web addresses of each page if possible.
ATTACH FILES
  1. For longer updates or for updates that include adding a document to the Web site please attach files below. For text please submit it in a Microsoft Word file and for large amounts of pictures please use a zip program.
  2. Total attachments must be less than 10MB in file size and should only be of the format .DOC, .PDF, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .EPS, .AI, .PSD.

  2. CS2 Media maintenance updates are billed at an hourly rate of $125 pro-rated at 15-minute increments. Turn-around time excludes weekends and holidays. Updates received on weekends or holidays will be considered received on the next business day. For requests that may fall outside the scope of regular maintenance work, i.e., new navigation, a project manager will contact you to communicate timelines and expectations.
